FROM SAID BEGINNING POINT, RUN THENCE NORTH 12 DEGREES 15 MINUTES WEST 209 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF A DIRT ROAD KNOWN AS SPEAR DRIVE TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE SOUTH 77 DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 209 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE SOUTH 12 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST 209 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE NORTH 77 DEGREES 45 MINUTES EAST 209 FEET TO AN IRON PIN AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING. That property known as 1093 JOHNSON ROAD according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 138 1109 009. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated September 5, 2017, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4608 Page 597.
