TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 63 of the 2nd Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, being Lot A-24 (aka Lot 99) of The Grove at Orchard Hills Subdivision, Phase A, as shown on that certain plat of said subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 65, page 220-222, Coweta County, Georgia Records, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more accurate description of the metes and bounds of said Lot A-24 (aka Lot 99). Said property is known as Tax Map Parcel Number 100 2063 043, according to the Coweta County, Georgia, Tax Assessor. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after 25th day of March, 2018. The tax deed to which this notice relates is J.T. Ferrell, as Tax Commissioner/Ex-Officio Sheriff of Coweta County, Georgia, to Coweta County, Georgia, dated the 6th day of July, 2010, recorded December 9, 2010, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3626 at page 900; subsequently, transferred by Quit Claim Deed from Coweta County, Georgia, to Nathan Schroeder, dated November 23, 2016, and recorded in Deed Book 4471, pages 399-400, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia.
