COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Chauncey M Simpson aka Chauncy M Simpson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Meritage Mortgage Corporation dated 7/9/2002 and recorded in Deed Book 2112 Page 145 Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for Amortizing Residential Collateral Trust, 2002-BC8, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 133,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on February 06, 2018 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 48 AND 49, 8TH LAND DISTRICT AND LAND LOTS 243 AND 244, 5TH LAND DISTRICT, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT 13, POINTE NORTH SUBDIVISION, SECTION VI, ACCORDING TO PLAT OF SURVEY MADE BY TIMBERLAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 89, COWETA COUNTY RECORDS, TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN CONVEYED. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
