Said tract is identified according to said plat as follows: Begin at an iron pin placed on the northeasterly side of Fourth Street Extension said iron pin placed being 1043.6 feet southeasterly from the point of intersection of the centerline of a creek with the northeasterly side of Fourth Street Extension all as measured along the northeasterly side of Fourth Street Extension, and form said beginning point run thence north 48 degrees 30 minutes East 806.67 feet to an iron pin placed; thence South 00 degrees 59 minutes East 130.0 feet to an iron pin found; thence South 46 degrees 08 minutes west 737.50 feet to an iron pin found on the Northeasterly side of Fourth Street Extension; thence run along the Northeasterly side of Fourth Street Extension North 35 degrees 02 minutes West 130 feet to the point of beginning.

This sale will be made subject to any right of the United States of America to redeem the hereinabove described property within 120 days from the sale date aforesaid, in order to satisfy certain outstanding federal tax liens. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
