STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated January 23, 2013, from Jonathan T. Wolfe to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Montage Mortgage, LLC, recorded on December 17, 2013 in Deed Book 4043 at Page 95, Coweta County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Mid America Mortgage, Inc., an Ohio Corporation by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated January 23, 2013, in the amount of $63,654.00, said note being modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on February 24, 2016 in Book 4232, Page 7, Coweta County, Georgia Records and said Note and Loan Modification being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Coweta County, Georgia, on July 5, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"):ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 243 OF THE 2ND LAND DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF GRANTVILLE, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 54 OF BOHANNON WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT OF RECORD AT PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 222, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
