COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by James Brian Sandusky and Patricia C. Sandusky to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.as nominee for First Franklin A Division of National City Bank dated 11/27/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 3090 Page 32 Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset- Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF1, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 169,600.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on July 05, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 20 of the Fifth Land District, in the city of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, and being Lot 3 of Westhill Drive at Summergrove Subdivision, as shown on that certain plat of said subdivision recorded at Plat Book 79, Pages 48-51, Coweta County Records to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular and accurate description of the property conveyed herein. The above described property is conveyed subject to the Covenants and Restrictions for Westhill Drive at Summergrove recorded in Deed Book 2306, Page 586, Coweta County Records. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
